Yes. I take on project-based development with an agreed responsibility and schedule. I do not take full-time placements, open-ended backlog ownership or daily embedded roles.

Not automatically. It can be included when the required access, authorisation, release process, operational owner and rollback responsibility are explicitly agreed. Otherwise I deliver release-ready work through your normal process.
The engagement ends at acceptance and hand-off. Any later delivery phase, maintenance or support is a separate decision and scope; it is not created automatically by the first engagement.

* Business and Growth include two launch languages. You provide the source content and approve the AI-assisted second-language draft. The site is prepared for more; once enabled, you can manage their translations in the editor. Additional setup, professional translation and localisation are separate.
